Why it’s awesome
Revelstoke is a playground for those who love to push their limits. The resort’s backcountry access is legendary, and it’s home to some of the best heli-skiing and cat-skiing in the world, making it an ideal location for thrill-seekers wanting to get off the beaten path.
The heli skiing here is unbelievable. There are numerous tour providers for Heli skiing in the area however the resort’s official partner is Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing who advertises over 500,000 acres of skiable backcountry terrain. If you want powder you will get it at Revelstoke!
Where to Stay
Revelstoke Mountain Resort is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Revelstoke. You can stay at one of the resort’s mountain-side lodging or find numerous accommodations in the town.
